Rates:
- $130 + applicable taxes/night for up to four (4) persons.
- $15 + applicable taxes/night for each additional person.
(Children under 10 years of age are free)
- Any large group activity will be charged according to event,
length of stay and the number of people attending in addition
to chalet rental.
- A deposit of 25% of the total cost of the stay must be received within
seven (7) days of a verbal contract to guarantee your requested date(s).
- The deposit is refundable only if notification is given at least
thirty (30) days in advance of the beginning of the rental date.
- The remaining balance is due when the key is picked up.

- No pets -- No Exceptions
- No smoking indoors
- No ATVs to be ridden on the property
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
